REFUND POLICY
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale.  Due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns.
CARE
You've invested a lot into your disco pieces, so give them a little love and they'll last.
Well-cared-for jewelry will last you a lifetime. Here are our tips for taking care of your pieces like the expert that you are:
Be gentle with them & avoid banging against hard surfaces
Keep them high and dry, and avoid wearing them in the ocean, pool, or shower.
Give them a little rest every now and then, to let them recharge. 
We think a little character is a good thing! Our jewelry isn't designed to be precious; it's designed to be worn by real people like you!
REPAIRS
Sometimes, it happens.
It's hard to avoid wearing your favorite pieces every day—you just love them so much. But maybe one day you forgot to take off your necklace before jumping in the pool, or maybe a very cute and chunky baby pulled your bracelet to the point of no return. 
Sometimes life gets in the way. We get it.
Don't worry! We've got you covered.
If the 6 month grace period has passed, just shoot us an email and if we’ve still got the materials in house, we'll help you sort it out. Please note that repair fees are decided on a case by case basis and begin at $35. 
STORAGE
When you buy jewelry from Don’t Let Disco, you're investing in something that's more than just something to wear. You're buying a piece of art, a symbol of love and affection, or even a keepsake for your future children.
We want to make sure that when you wear our jewelry, it stays beautiful for as long as possible. And we also want to make sure that when you store it, it doesn't get damaged in any way.
That's why we recommend storing your jewelry by itself in individual pouches or soft materials like velvet bags or satin pouches. This will help prevent breakage and scratching, as well as tangling with other pieces. 
We take pride in our craftsmanship and are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase.

Our very name, Don't Let Disco, serves as a gentle reminder – a play on "don't let this go" – underscoring our ethos of cherishing precious materials rather than discarding them.
